Description

Still Dry Wine, PGI = Protected Geographical Indication CRETE, from the Syrah variety 100% from grapes produced in the Daphnes area and 350 m altitude, “Xerolia”  “Agios Myronas” vineyard . Soil Calcium and production yield 800 kg / acre. Early in  August. Vinification: The must is put into a tank for 12 hours (hours depending on the year). Following classic white wine making, static decay and fermentation at 16 degrees Celsius.
