Deep purple color with violet highlights. Nose with intense aromas of red and black fruits with hints of chocolate and spices. In the mouth it is full of round, silky tannins of a high level in intensity as well as in quality. Long and enjoyable aftertaste.
Aged in new French oak barrels for 18 months. Produced in a limited number of bottles.
It is combined with meats with sweet elements (pork with plums, braised with sweet soy sauce), game and aged spicy cheeses.
Served at 18-20oC. It is recommended to pour it into a carafe before serving.
