The Cretan variety Plytó was saved from extinction by the Lyrarakis family, when it was planted in the “Psarades” vineyard at 480m. altitude in the early ’90s. An elegant organic wine, both fruity and mineral, with chalky notes. Balanced and full with vibrant acidity and slightly creamy aftertaste.
