Description
Deep ruby color, dense to the eye with a medium body, bouquet of aromas of wood and ripe red fruits, background of butterscotch and chocolate. Well-roasted and soft tannins with a long and charming finish.
It matures in new French oak barrels.
Goes well with game, dishes with red sauces, stewed meats and spicy cheeses.
Served at 16-18°C.
