Cashew nuts butter is a food spread made from crushed and blended cashew nuts. Highly nutritious, fresh and crunchy cashews get blended and transformed into a velvety spread, full of flavour and sweetness. Imagine spreading it on pancakes and pastry, pouring it into milky smoothies and pairing it with pure chocolate. It may be “crunchy” or “smooth”, and is generally “stir” (susceptible to oil separation) or “no-stir” (emulsified).
