Still Dry Wine,
PGI = Protected Geographical Indication CRETE, from Vidiano variety 100% from grapes produced in the Daphnes area and 350 m altitude, “Xerolia” vineyard. Soil limestone and production yield 300-400 kg/ acre. Grape harvest at early August. In vinification, pre-enzymatic cryo-extraction at 12 degrees is applied initially.
