Produced from our own organic, sustainably grown olives, freshly harvested by hand at the beginning of the season, and without any industrial processing, our organic extra virgin olive oil reveals intense aromas from the olives (Koroneiki variety)

and is enriched with herbs from of our Garden. This combination gives our olive oil a strong, fruity taste with a mild herbal flavour.

With a very low acidity rate, it ranks among the greatest olive oils. It is cold processed and it does not contain residues of chemical compounds of industrially prepared pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and fertilizers, that conventional olive oil typically includes.
