The website “www.maravelspili.gr” is an electronic store selling products via the Internet created by the company “STEFANOS GEOR. MARAVELAKIS” based in Spili, Municipality of Agios Vasilios, P.C. 74053, Rethymno, Crete, with VAT number 113603602, Tax Office of Rethymno and AR GEMI: 022115050000, contact email address info@maravelspili.gr, contact phone number 00306973189412(hereinafter referred to as COMPANY).
The user can contact the company via the contact form located in the CONTACT link in the main menu.
General Terms
The COMPANY reserves the right to freely supplement, modify or revise the terms and conditions of use of the website and the online store, whenever this is required by the internal environment of the company or the applicable legislation. It undertakes the obligation to inform consumers of any changes, through the pages of this online store. The contracts are drawn up in Greek and English.
Information included in the online store
The COMPANY, within the framework of its transactions from the online store, makes every effort to fully execute its transactions with the parties. The COMPANY is not responsible and is not liable for any damage or loss caused by the cancellation of orders placed based on the terms of use of the online store as well as by the non-execution or delay in their execution, for any reason.
The COMPANY checks the availability of the products by regularly inspecting them and states that due to an occasional error there is a possibility of an incorrect indication of the availability of a product. If the latter case occurs, it undertakes the obligation to inform the interested customer about the availability or not of the products and in this case it bears no further responsibility.
The online store provides its content regarding products and services (e.g. information, names, photos, illustrations), “exactly as they are”, as received from the suppliers. Since the COMPANY has brought to the attention of customers the above, which constitute basic terms for the transaction with the online store, it declares that it is not liable civilly or criminally for any damage (positive, special or consequential, which indicatively and not limitingly, alternatively and/or cumulatively consists of loss of profits, data, lost profits, financial satisfaction, etc.) that a customer or visitor to the online store or a third party may suffer due to a reason related to the product information, the indication of availability, the operation or non-operation and/or the use of the website and/or the inability to provide services and/or products and/or information available from it and/or from any unauthorized interventions by third parties in product/service information and/or information available through it.

All content of the website, including distinctive titles, trademarks, images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, etc., are the intellectual property of the COMPANY and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions or intellectual property of third parties for which the COMPANY has obtained a license to use for its own exclusive needs and for the operation of the website.
Any copying, transfer or creation of derivative works based on this content or misleading the public regarding the actual provider of the online store is prohibited. Reproduction, republishing, uploading, communication, dissemination or transmission or any other use of the content in any way or medium for commercial or other purposes is permitted only after prior written consent of the COMPANY or any other copyright holder. User Responsibility
The user/client agrees and undertakes to use the services, information and data of the website as provided by law and based on the rules of good faith and business ethics.
He is obliged not to use the online store with the trademark maravelspili.gr for:

- Sending posting, emailing or otherwise transmitting any content that users are not permitted to transmit under law or applicable contracts (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information acquired or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements),
- Sending posting, emailing or otherwise transmitting any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party,
- Sending posting, emailing or otherwise transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or disable the operation of any computer software or hardware,
- Willful or unintentional violation of applicable laws or regulations,
- Harassment of third parties in any way,
- Collection or storage of personal data regarding other users.
- For the correct and truthful provision of payment and delivery information for orders placed in the online store.
Product Availability
The Customer is informed about the availability of the products through indications placed on the page of each product or service in the online store. Specifically, for each available product the BUY option is active, while for each unavailable product the BUY option is not active and the message “Out of stock” appears in its place. The Company reserves the right to make a reservation about the availability of its products if they are not available at the time of the order. In this case, the Company reserves the right not to accept the specific order and therefore not to make the sale.
The Company reserves the right to inform the Customer in the event of any unforeseen reasons that make the product unavailable or of the possible (new) delivery time if there are reasons for delaying delivery. In this case, if it is considered that the delay makes the transaction unprofitable for the Customer, the Customer is entitled to unilaterally cancel the order by informing the COMPANY at the email address info@maravelspili.gr.
Registration – Member Account
To complete the order, it is not necessary for the User to register on the website as a Member. To register on the website as a member, select the relevant indication. Each customer registers only once. The customer, using the unique combination of Email Address (“EMAIL”) and Password, has the following options:
- To view the contents of his shopping cart (“My Cart”). The Cart displays the products that the customer has chosen to order. The customer can place product orders, which can be reviewed or changed (deleted items, changed quantities) at any time until the order is completed.
- Complete their order and pay by choosing one of the payment options provided by the online store.
- View their past orders.
- Modify their Customer Account Details.
The user’s registration and participation is free, personal, non-transferable and non-assignable. The user is responsible for the information they provide to the Company and the website is based exclusively and solely on their statements regarding their personal information.
Purchase process via online store
The visitor can use the categories located in the main MENU of the website, navigate through them and find the product they are looking for. They can also use the product search function through which they can find products based on search terms. They can then add the products to their Cart from the page of each product by clicking on the “BUY” option. The visitor can go to their Cart by clicking on the “My Cart” link which is located in the upper right part and at the bottom of the website, while they can use the delete from cart link to remove the products from their Cart before completing the order.
To complete the registration of their order, the user has the optional option at the Checkout to create an account through the “Create an account” option which is analyzed above. To complete the purchase, you must click on the “SEND ORDER” option and then you will receive the code and analysis of your order in your email. In case you have chosen the “Credit or Debit Card” payment method, once you click on the “SEND ORDER” link, you will be automatically transferred to the Eurobank environment to make the payment for the products and then you will receive the code and analysis of your order in your email.
Pricing Policy
The final prices of the products listed include VAT. The COMPANY reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to the customer. Regardless of the price fluctuation, the customer always pays the value indicated on the product at the time of completing the order.

Who on our team has access
Both platform administrators and our online store employees have access to:

The company maravelspili.gr does not share personal data with any third party without your consent except in cases imposed by Greek and European legislation.
How long do we keep your data
For users who register on our website, we also store the personal data they enter in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal data at any time (except for being able to change their username). The administrators of this website may also view and edit this information.

The processing of personal data concerning minors is carried out under the strict condition of the prior consent of the parents or those exercising parental responsibility, in accordance with the specific provisions of the applicable legislation.

The Company does not process personal data of its customers that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or membership in a trade union, nor genetic or biometric data for the purpose of identifying the customer or data concerning the customer’s health or sex life or sexual orientation.
How we protect your data?
The Company has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure confidentiality and for the lawful maintenance, processing, protection and safekeeping of its customers’ personal data from any illegal or unlawful processing, accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, prohibited dissemination or access, as specifically provided for in applicable legislation. RETURNS
In order to return the products you ordered, you must contact our company within 14 days via email at info@maravelspili.gr or over phone at 00306973189412, where we will inform you about the return procedure, while also telling us the reason you want to return them.
The products to be returned must have not been used, be in excellent condition in their original packaging (box, nylon, etc.), without damage with all the contents of their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, personal care products (e.g. lipstick, eyeshadow, powder, etc.) are NOT returned.
The package will be sent to our company’s address: Spili, Municipality of Agios Vasilios, P.C. 74053, Rethymno, Crete.
After the products are received by us and checked for their good condition, our company will proceed with a refund and a new order.
If the return does not concern defective products, the shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
In case of failure to inform about the return of the products, our company will not accept the receipt of the package.
RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
ORDER CANCELLATION
While the order is in the processing stage, you can cancel your order by contacting our company via email or phone. In case the order has already been sent, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs.
The company STEFANOS GEOR. MARAVELAKIS reserves the right to abolish or amend its returns policy by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its website.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
Exercise of the right of withdrawal:
Returns of products are accepted by our company, without justification, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The relevant declaration of withdrawal must be made before the 14th day has passed since the receipt of the products by you.
- The products to be returned must have not been used, be in excellent condition in their original packaging (box, nylon, etc.), without damage with all the contents of their original packaging.
The return of the products is made without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you announced to our company your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The return of the products is made at your own expense and expense, with any courier company you wish to the address of our company in Spili, Rethymno.
After the products have been received by us and their condition has been checked as described above, our company will refund any payment received from you, including, where applicable, delivery costs, within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. For this purpose:
- If the payment for the products has been made by debit or credit card, our company is obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction. The refund will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon by the Bank and the customer (cardholder of the card used for the transaction).
- If the payment was made by cash on delivery or deposit, the refund will be made to the bank account that you indicate in the email info@maravelspili.gr.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal excludes, among others, products manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications, products that can deteriorate or expire soon, products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they are sealed and have been unsealed after delivery, as well as products that, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other elements.
