White Dry Wine, Organic, Protected Geographical Indication of Lasithi
Toplou Monastery was founded in the 14th century AD and is based at the East end of Crete. One of the Monks’ main engagements is to cultivate vines, in a land of 350 acres, and produce famous organic wines, from local and international varieties, with great expertise and affection.

Thrapsathiri 50% – Assyrtiko 30% – Chardonnay 20%

The vineyards are located on eastern part of Crete near the Toplou Monastry
Tasting Notes
Citrus blossoms, pineapple, quince aromas along with lemon pulp watermelon and pear. Medium-bodied wine, crispy acidity with a long citrus and lime finish.
