Rose of Jericho (by piece)

6.00

The Rose of Jericho (also called the Rose of Virgin Mary, the Rose of the Resurrection and the Rose of the Desert) is used for good luck and prosperity in your home.
Tradition tells us that Virgin Mary on her journey from Jerusalem to Egypt carried this plant along with her. Out of respect for her, the plant bloomed when she stopped her journey and then “closed” when she began her journey in the desert again. She cried with emotion and the plant blossomed from her tears. It is said that Virgin Mary blessed the plant so that it would never die. This plant is now used by the believers of Christianity for good luck in their home, or when they want to make wishes and seek help in serious health problems or infertility.

How we revive the rose of Jericho:
Rose of Jericho is an extremely impressive plant.

Put it in a bowl and put some water on it (do not cover it with water so that it does not rot). Within a few hours, what used to look like a dry root will open\ up, turn green and bloom!

To maintain its color, change the water daily for three weeks, and on the 22nd day take it out of the bowl and let it dry. The rose will close again and will become as it was originally. You can repeat the same process as many times as you want as long as you do not let it rot in its green state.

Every time we change its water, we keep it and pour it into the plants that we keep at home, rather than pour it in the sink, for good luck and prosperity.
At first glance it is just a dry pile of dead twigs, sitting in the dust and sand of the desert floor or even sometimes rolling along like tumbleweed in the breeze. However, add a little water and this dormant bundle suddenly springs to life, its twigs unfurling and turning green, earning the amazing Rose of Jericho its alternative title of Resurrection Plant.

We can keep the Jericho Rose at home for years.
