A native of Crete, Mallotira (Sideritis Syriaca) is a very popular medicinal tea mostly known as “mountain tea”. It has a long list of beneficial properties, such as: detoxifier, anti-anaemic, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, disinfectant, bacteoriostatic, stimulant, and diuretic.
