Liokarpi Cretan Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from the best quality variety of olives, marked as PDO Messara. Liokarpi extra virgin olive oil has a distinct aroma and flavour along with a characteristic thick texture. The extraction of this oil is performed at low temperatures (cold extraction method), thus preserving its beneficial elements and high nutritional values. The 0.3 defines the level of acidity contained in the oil, which is one of the lowest and marks its premium.
