Our Green Curry Powder is inspired by the savory tastes that make Thai food special. The powder’s color comes from the mild green chiles we use in this powder, enhanced by the vibrancy of the makrut lime leaves and brightened by white pepper and garlic powder. We wanted to make a Thai curry blend that’s rich with aromatics and easy to use; it’s mild, so even if you’re not a fan of spicy heat you can enjoy this, and the chileheads can add their favorite hot pepper to fire it up. Mix this in with some browned onions and seared chicken and a little coconut milk, and you’re halfway to dinner–just add rice!
