Description

Black cardamom is a strong, extremely aromatic spice, reminiscent of fennel and mint. Rarely will we find it in sweet recipes but mostly it finds uses in casserole recipes. Break it, open the cardamom beans, take out their seeds and add them to your food and chocolate and tea drinks. It has a woody taste that leaves a slightly smoky hue in the aftertaste.
